Thriving Together is a 24-month community wellbeing programme delivered by ISA.connect CIC across Chelmsford.
Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, the programme is designed to reduce isolation, strengthen wellbeing, and create opportunities for meaningful connection. Through welcoming community spaces, supportive activities and personal development opportunities, we help people build confidence, improve resilience and develop stronger support networks.
The programme offers dedicated spaces for women, men and families to connect with others, share experiences, learn new skills and access support in a safe, inclusive and community-led environment.
Whether you are looking to improve your wellbeing, meet new people, gain practical knowledge or simply feel more connected, Thriving Together provides opportunities to grow, belong and thrive.
