ISA.connect CIC delivers trusted perinatal support for families who want reliable information and genuine community connection. We guide parents through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood with care that is non-judgemental, informed, and grounded in lived experience and clinical practice.
ISA.connect CIC began in 2019 when a small group of local mums recognised a gap in perinatal support. We’d all experienced the overwhelming feelings that come with pregnancy and new parenthood—the isolation, the uncertainty, the endless questions with no clear answers.
What started as informal coffee mornings in a community centre quickly grew into something more meaningful. Parents told us they needed more than just clinical information; they needed human connection, emotional support, and practical guidance they could trust.
Today, we’re a registered Community Interest Company supporting over 500 families each year. Every workshop, course, and meet-up is shaped by real parent experiences and delivered by people who genuinely understand the journey—because we’ve lived it ourselves.
Our mission, vision, and values guide everything we do—from the courses we create to the way we welcome families into our community.

To provide accessible, compassionate perinatal support that empowers every family to navigate pregnancy and early parenthood with confidence, clarity, and connection.

A future where no parent feels alone. Where every family, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the support, information, and community they need to thrive.

Compassion, Inclusivity, Evidence-Based Care, Peer Support, Respect for Choice, Community Connection, Accessibility for All, and Honest Communication.
ISA.connect CIC is a registered Community Interest Company (Company Number: 16139983), which means we’re legally committed to using our resources for community benefit, not private profit.
Every penny we receive—whether from course fees, memberships, or donations—goes directly back into improving and expanding our services. We’re regulated by the CIC Regulator and publish annual community impact reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
This legal structure ensures that supporting families will always be our priority, now and in the future.
We’re not just another parenting service. Here’s what sets us apart and why families trust us with their most important journey.
Our peer support is enhanced by qualified midwives, lactation consultants, mental health specialists, and child development experts who bring professional knowledge with a personal touch.

Whether you breastfeed or bottle-feed, co-sleep or cot-sleep, work or stay home—we respect your choices. Our community celebrates diversity in parenting approaches and family structures.
We welcome single parents, adoptive parents, foster families, teen parents, and families with additional needs. Our services are designed to be accessible to all, with sliding scale fees and free options available.
We don’t just focus on the baby—we support the whole family. Our programmes address physical recovery, mental wellbeing, relationship changes, and practical parenting skills in equal measure.
