Based in Chelmsford, we bring people together through community events, wellbeing activities, cultural and heritage initiatives, educational programmes, volunteering opportunities, and business support. We believe that everyone deserves to feel connected, valued and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our work is shaped by the voices and experiences of the communities we serve. ISA.connect CIC was founded from a simple belief: no one should have to face life’s challenges alone.
What began as a desire to bring people together has grown into a thriving community organisation creating opportunities for connection, wellbeing, learning, and personal growth. We recognised that many people, regardless of age, background, or circumstances, were experiencing isolation and lacked safe, welcoming spaces where they could feel supported, valued, and heard.
Today, ISA.connect CIC works with individuals, families, community groups, and local organisations to build stronger, more connected communities. Through wellbeing activities, community events, cultural celebrations, heritage projects, networking opportunities, and educational programmes, we create spaces where people can connect, share experiences, develop new skills, and support one another.
Everything we do is shaped by the voices and experiences of the communities we serve. Our approach is community-led, inclusive, and focused on creating lasting positive impact.
Each year, we support hundreds of people across Chelmsford and Essex, helping to reduce isolation, strengthen community connections, celebrate diversity, and empower individuals to thrive.
